You would be joining YouTube Performance Team which plays a vital role in the department's overall strategy, specializing in data-driven growth on YouTube. At the moment, we manage 17 channels (global and localized) focused on product reviews in high-revenue areas like cybersecurity, digital security, tech gadgets, and AI. Our teams dedication to analyzing sales data and identifying emerging trends allows us to proactively explore new product opportunities and maximize revenue generation through consistent, high-volume content production.

In this role, you'll help our in-house and freelance creative teams communicate with each other to achieve the top results.

WHAT YOULL DO

Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven strategic decisions to scale the project
Research new topics, offer new angles for video briefs
Stay up to date with the newest YouTube trends and implement them
Ensure a smooth flow of the video production process
Establish and maintain close communication to oversee a production process start to finish
Build content calendar and oversee video upload schedule to YouTube channels according to the established guidelines
Upload videos to YouTube according to our best practises
Initiate work process improvements, solutions for better communication

WHAT WE EXPECT

Previous experience as a project manager or coordinator, ideally within the media industry

Data-driven decision-making skills and crunch data for breakfast
Excellent communication and presentation skills comfortable owning the communication across all stages of production
Good organizational and planning skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
Eagerness to learn and grow, with an open mindset to feedback and development

GROSS SALARY
