Compensation:

Starting wage range is $20.00 - $24.00 per hour. If Class A CDL is already obtained and has driving experience, increased hourly rate may be appropriate.
PTO available after 7 days.
Double time pay for time worked on Sundays.
Overtime premiums paid over 40 hours worked in a week.
Bonus based on financial performance of the company.

Responsibilities:
Must be able to assist in spotting, loading, inspecting, and moving tractor-trailers as well as transportation hoppers, dry vans, tankers and railcars.

Qualifications:

Physical requirements and capabilities include: Moderate arm strength to utilize pressurized air hose in elevated areas, tolerance to withstand extreme temperatures during seasonal weather conditions, frequent climbing of rail cars and trucks and coordination to safely maneuver within the cars, ability to climb as high as sixty (60) feet to perform operations.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must have valid driver's license and good driving record. Need to have or ability to obtain Class A CDL. Able to meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements to pass substance abuse screening; as a safety sensitive employee subject to random substance abuse screening under company policy.
Excellent skills in customer relations, verbal communication, teamwork and organization, along with ability to follow oral and written direction.
Need to be able obtain IDPH License on Fumigation.

Hours: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 5am-5pm
