Sr. GTM Engineer - Remote

Your work will facilitate the management of complex systems to improve collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams. Accountabilities
  • Design and deploy agentic workflows that automate prep, CRM updates, summaries, and admin tasks across Sales, AM, and CS.
  • Architect AI-native automations that surface next-best actions and trigger timely follow-ups to directly improve deal velocity.
  • Build signal detection systems that monitor usage shifts, renewal risks, and expansion opportunities.
  • Integrate and evolve the GTM stack, ensuring a cohesive data flow as the company scales.
  • Develop the core systems powering opportunity management, forecasting, sales handoffs, and post-sale workflows.
  • Construct enablement signal pipelines that synthesize execution data from various tools.
  • Drive and measure operational impact focusing on metrics like prep time saved and workflow adoption.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in GTM systems, revenue operations, or sales engineering at a fast-paced company.
  • Experience in building or managing systems that support sales pipelines and customer lifecycle operations.
  • Ability to work with non-technical teams and design clean systems from messy problems.
  • Strong grasp of modern GTM tools and proficiency in SQL.
  • Excitement for leveraging AI to enhance sales and customer workflows.
