Remote Data Center Project Coordinator

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote Data Center Project Coordinator. In this role, you will join a dynamic team and participate in the growth of the data center vertical. This position focuses on driving operational excellence, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for tracking key milestones and metrics across projects while ensuring deliverables align with the scope and budget. Collaboration with local teams and various departments is essential to maintain the highest project execution quality and achieve customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities
  • Collect and verify data/KPIs from local project teams.
  • Maintain an ongoing projects database over time.
  • Prepare extensive reports/dashboards to track all data/KPIs for management visibility.
  • Liaise closely with sales, finance, factories, and technical teams as needed.
  • Implement and promote best practices and process improvements within project management.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's/Masters degree (or equivalent) in Project Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, finance, engineering, or a related environment.
  • Experience with project management software tools and/or PowerBI is a plus.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or data centers and/or construction site ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships across different countries and teams.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to drive process enhancements.
  • Strong decision-making ability, proactivity, and autonomy.
  • Ability to manage deadlines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
