In this role, you will drive strategic growth of Cisco Enterprise Agreements (EAs) across enterprise accounts, focusing on aligning licensing programs with customer business outcomes. You will serve as a subject matter expert on EA strategies, partnering with sales, technical, and customer success teams to develop account plans, expand adoption, and accelerate revenue. Operating in a fast-paced, enterprise-focused environment, you will manage complex sales cycles, lead executive discussions, and provide financial and strategic guidance for EA opportunities. You will influence C-level stakeholders, structure deals, and create repeatable growth motions that increase value, adoption, and margin across your portfolio. The role emphasizes collaboration, strategic thinking, and measurable impact on both pipeline and account penetration.
Accountabilities:- Own and execute the EA growth strategy across assigned regions or accounts, identifying high-potential targets and expansion opportunities.
- Develop structured EA attack plans in partnership with account teams and Cisco stakeholders to convert transactional sales into Enterprise Agreements.
- Build, maintain, and forecast a strong EA pipeline aligned to revenue targets and growth objectives.
- Lead deal strategy sessions, executive alignment calls, and negotiations to maximize value and margin.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, technical, and customer success teams to ensure EA adoption, renewal readiness, and lifecycle alignment.
- Engage C-level executives to position EAs as strategic business enablers, translating licensing models into business outcomes.
- Track and report performance metrics, including pipeline, bookings, conversion rates, expansion opportunities, and renewal readiness.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Cisco-focused sales, alliance management, or enterprise software business development.
- Direct experience structuring, selling, or expanding Cisco Enterprise Agreements.
- Deep understanding of Cisco buying programs, subscription models, lifecycle incentives, and enterprise account management.
- Proven ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in deal modeling, ROI analysis, and margin optimization.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence and lead without direct authority, with a strategic and pipeline-oriented mindset.
- Preferred: Cisco Blackbelt certifications, experience with tools such as CCW-R, EA Workspace, Subscription Workbench, or Lifecycle Advantage.
