Job Description

Director, Immigration Technology

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Immigration Technology in United States.

This is a strategic and client-facing leadership role focused on shaping the future of immigration technology solutions within a global legal and compliance software environment. You will act as a key bridge between clients, product teams, and go-to-market functions, ensuring that product direction aligns with real-world immigration needs and market evolution. The role combines deep subject matter expertise in immigration with strong influence over product strategy, roadmap development, and customer engagement. You will work closely with enterprise clients to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term value realization. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will also represent the organization as a thought leader in immigration technology and digital transformation. This is a highly collaborative role with significant cross-functional impact across product, sales, and customer success teams.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to key immigration clients, supporting adoption, expansion, and long-term success of technology solutions
  • Partner with account management and sales teams to support renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across product offerings
  • Engage in new business and sales cycles by advising prospects on immigration processes and digital transformation opportunities
  • Act as the primary voice of the customer and market by translating feedback, trends, and regulatory changes into product insights
  • Collaborate closely with product management to define, refine, and prioritize the immigration product roadmap
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to support go-to-market strategy and positioning
  • Represent the organization at industry events, client engagements, and professional associations as a subject matter expert
  • Develop thought leadership content to support brand visibility and demand generation efforts
  • Lead internal enablement sessions to educate teams on immigration trends, technology, and market evolution
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry organizations and ecosystem stakeholders
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in immigration, either as a practitioner, technologist, or operations specialist
  • Strong understanding of immigration processes, regulations, and industry dynamics
  • Experience influencing or contributing to software product strategy, roadmap development, or customer-driven product design
  • Familiarity with legal technology, workflow automation, document management, or legal operations platforms is highly preferred
  • Proven ability to engage with enterprise clients and support solution expansion or cross-sell opportunities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex client needs into actionable product or business requirements
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a consultative mindset
  • Experience working in metrics-driven, collaborative, and fast-paced environments
  • Ability to train, advise, and act as a trusted subject matter expert internally and externally
  • Willingness to travel approximately 10% as needed
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary of approximately $120,000 annually, plus bonus eligibility
  • Fully remote work opportunity across the United States
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage
  • 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions
  • Unlimited PTO plus 11 paid holidays and additional global wellness days
  • Paid parental leave for eligible employees
  • Life, disability, and supplemental insurance coverage options
  • Flexible spending and health savings account options
  • Employee assistance and wellness programs
  • Career development support including learning platforms and professional growth opportunities
  • Remote work support and employee recognition programs.
