As an Engineer Grounds, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and enhancement of our outdoor spaces. You will work closely with our team of groundskeepers to ensure that our facilities are safe, attractive, and functional for our employees and visitors. Your duties will include:
- Developing and implementing plans for landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Inspecting and assessing the condition of our outdoor spaces and identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure that outdoor spaces meet their needs and requirements
- Managing a team of groundskeepers and providing guidance and support as needed
- Overseeing the maintenance of equipment and tools used for groundskeeping
- Ensuring that all work is performed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:- A degree in landscape architecture, civil engineering, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in groundskeeping or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A deep understanding of landscaping and horticulture principles
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and safety standards
