This is a high-impact, staff-level engineering role focused on building an AI-native product from the ground up, where you will own entire product surfaces end-to-end across frontend, backend, AI systems, and infrastructure. You will work in a fast-paced, startup-like environment where autonomy, speed, and accountability are essential. The role involves designing and shipping production-grade AI agents and fullstack features that directly power legal and HR workflows at global scale. You will collaborate across distributed teams spanning multiple regions while driving technical excellence and product direction. This position requires a strong blend of systems thinking, product intuition, and hands-on engineering depth. It is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys turning complex problems into scalable, real-world AI solutions.
You will take ownership of full product surfaces and deliver end-to-end solutions spanning UI, backend services, AI pipelines, and infrastructure while ensuring high-quality, production-ready systems.
- Build and maintain fullstack applications using React/Next.js, Python, and Go across distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Design and ship AI agents, including LLM workflows, tool-use patterns, prompt systems, and evaluation frameworks
- Own architecture decisions, including APIs, data models, deployment strategies, observability, and scalability
- Translate product problems into technical solutions, actively shaping UX and system design rather than only executing requirements
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, technical standards, and mentoring other engineers
- Collaborate across global teams, unblocking delivery and ensuring fast execution across time zones
The ideal candidate brings deep fullstack engineering experience combined with strong AI fluency, product thinking, and ownership mindset.
- 7+ years of software engineering experience across frontend, backend, and infrastructure domains
- Strong hands-on expertise in Python, Go, and React/Next.js with production-level delivery experience
- Proven experience building or working with AI systems, LLMs, or agentic workflows in production environments
- Strong systems design skills, including distributed architectures, APIs, and scalable backend systems
- Ability to translate product requirements into intuitive user experiences with strong design awareness
- Experience mentoring engineers, setting technical standards, and improving team performance
- Strong product sense with the ability to challenge assumptions and improve solutions proactively
