This role sits at the intersection of cutting-edge AI audio technology and human creative expertise, focused on delivering high-quality voice and audio production services at scale. You will work within a managed production environment supporting creators, publishers, and media companies in producing dubs, audiobooks, and custom voice solutions across multiple languages. The position blends technical audio engineering with creative problem-solving, requiring both precision and artistic sensitivity. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to transform raw audio into polished, production-ready outputs while ensuring consistency and quality across projects. This is a highly hands-on role in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment where AI tools and human expertise work together to redefine modern audio production workflows.
- Create, refine, and customize synthetic and human-enhanced voices for client projects using advanced audio engineering and voice design techniques.
- Clean, edit, and optimize customer audio to ensure high-quality voice cloning, dubbing, and generation output across multiple formats and languages.
- Collaborate directly with clients, creators, and internal stakeholders to interpret creative and technical requirements and translate them into effective audio solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and best practices on audio workflows and platform tools to support customer success and adoption.
- Conduct audio quality review, labeling, and evaluation tasks to ensure consistency, accuracy, and performance standards across projects.
- Troubleshoot audio issues and iterate on outputs to improve clarity, tone, and realism in generated voices.
- Maintain strong organizational discipline while managing multiple time-sensitive production requests in a service-oriented environment.
- 3–5+ years of experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing, mastering, or a closely related field.
- Strong proficiency with digital audio workstations (DAWs) such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live.
- Experience working with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders in a production or service environment.
- Deep understanding of voice characteristics, including tone, timbre, clarity, pacing, and performance nuance.
- Ability to translate ambiguous or evolving customer needs into structured, high-quality audio solutions.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Creative problem-solving mindset with a balance of technical precision and artistic sensibility.
