General Labor - 2nd Shift at Erie Industrial Products LLC – Oberlin, Ohio

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team in Oberlin, Ohio. This full-time position involves a range of tasks that support the efficient operation of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be able to perform physical labor, follow instructions, and work well with others.

Location: Oberlin, OH
Schedule: M-F, 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in assembling products or components as required by the production schedule.
Keep work areas clean and organized, including sweeping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks.
Safely operate basic machinery and tools under supervision, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand tools.
Inspect products for defects or issues and report any concerns to supervisors.
Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment, as well as receiving incoming materials.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
Team player with good communication skills.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
