| Job Summary | The Dr. Morris lab of the Department of Biology in the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, KY is seeking a Scientist I to support grant research with aims in retinal development and regeneration. This role involves designing and conducting experiments, analyzing and interpreting data. The successful candidate will contribute to shaping research direction in collaboration with lab leadership, prepare manuscripts for publication, and participate in scientific dissemination through presentations at conferences and departmental meetings. This position will train and mentor research lab staff, coordinate lab activities, and ensure adherence to institutional regulations, including biosafety and animal care protocols. |
