A. General Information

Status: Non- Exempt
Part Time (30hrs/wk)
B. Job Summary
This individual recruits, conducts interviews and coordinates all the logistics hiring employees to support an environment that creates and supports a productive workforce. He/she is responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. Major areas include recruiting/staffing, sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, researching new and innovative recruiting options, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. He/she reports directly to the HR Manager / Recruiting Manager. This is a high-volume recruitment role that requires managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. This individual excels at working in a multi-disciplinary team environment and supports the vision of the company. Preferably, the candidate has a background in sales.

Reports Directly To: HR Manager / Recruiting Manager
D. Essential Functions
Manage recruitment ads in various platforms
Source, screen, and interview applicants
Conduct cold calling and outbound outreach to potential candidates to build and maintain talent pipelines
Contact all applicants within 24 hours of application, track all applicants as required, meet, interview, and complete the hiring process
Collect candidates’ accurate availability
Follow up on feedback from interviews
Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Maintain strong attention to detail in recording and maintaining candidate information
Create and implement passive and active recruitment technique plans
Research new and innovative recruiting options
Coordinate and attend local job fairs
Participate in university recruiting and community outreach programs
Conduct grassroots recruiting initiatives to build local talent pipelines
Meet and exceed minimum activity target levels
Keep track of recruiting metrics and provide weekly updates on hiring progress and performance
G. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience
REQUIRED
Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred and at least 2 years of recruitment experience.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
Ability to establish credibility with managers and employees;
Ability to identify and handle priorities and/or sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality;
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Gmail, Google Drive and Google calendar

Physical Clearance: A negative TB (tuberculosis) test within the last 4 years
Background check clearance
