This role sits at the intersection of film production, live events, and experimental media, driving end-to-end execution of high-impact creative experiences.
You will oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of productions that span from concept development through post-production wrap.
The position plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across complex shoots, events, and multimedia activations in a mission-driven environment.
You will collaborate closely with operations, creative, and field teams to manage logistics, budgets, vendors, and production timelines.
A strong emphasis is placed on efficiency, innovation, and the use of modern tools, including AI-enabled workflows, to streamline production processes.
This is a highly hands-on role where precision, adaptability, and creative problem-solving directly contribute to impactful health and media initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of live events, film productions, and experimental media projects from concept through post-production delivery.
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules, run-of-shows, call sheets, logistics plans, and operational workflows to ensure smooth execution.
- Oversee venue sourcing, site inspections, permitting, insurance requirements, contract management, and vendor negotiations to support production readiness.
- Manage production budgets including forecasting, cost tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation while ensuring financial accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise on-site operations, coordinating crews, talent, contractors, and equipment logistics while ensuring adherence to timelines, safety, and quality standards.
- Ensure all legal, compliance, and production documentation is completed, including permits, releases, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate post-production and post-event processes such as debriefs, reporting, asset management, and equipment returns.
- Collaborate with operations leadership to improve workflows, reduce costs, and enhance overall production and audience experience.
- Maintain organized systems for production assets, vendor databases, and standardized operational processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in film production, live events, corporate media, or long-form/short-form content production.
- Strong expertise in production planning, logistics coordination, and end-to-end project execution.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere with solid hands-on editing and production workflow experience.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate diverse teams under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI tools to improve efficiency and streamline production workflows.
- Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Python or JavaScript) is a plus for workflow optimization.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple concurrent production streams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field.
