We’re searching for a Project Manager to join our Government Commercial Solutions (OneView) team, so that we can deliver complex, high-value projects for defense, maritime and offshore engineering clients. The Project Manager will lead multi-year SaaS implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery and strong client relationships.

• Manage large-scale SaaS custom implementation projects to meet client objectives
• Coordinate internal technical and business teams to deliver customised solutions
• Drive project governance, risk management and change control processes
• Engage with senior client stakeholders to ensure alignment and resolve issues
• Oversee budgets, timelines and resource planning for complex programmes

• 5+ years’ experience in project management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software delivery
• Proven success in managing multi-year, high-value projects with multiple stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of structured delivery frameworks (Agile and Waterfall)
• Ability to commute to Richmond office at least once a month (more preferred)
• Interest in defence, maritime or offshore engineering sectors
• Ability to work collaboratively and confidently in a client-facing environment
