We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to support and lead core accounting functions in our Downtown Los Angeles office. This role will play a key part in closing, reporting, and maintaining strong accounting controls.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee general ledger and month-end / year-end close processes
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Perform and review complex account reconciliations and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal accounting policies
• Support audits and regulatory reviews
• Improve accounting processes, controls, and documentation
• Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• CPA is strongly preferred
• Experience in property management or real estate accounting is a plus (not mandatory)
• Proficiency in English; Mandarin is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting operations
• Ability to work on-site in Downtown Los Angeles
