Fulfillment and Logistics Sr. Manager at etaily

As the Fulfillment & Logistics Manager, you will be responsible for leading and optimizing Etaily's warehouse operations and last-mile delivery performance. You will act as the vital bridge between digital orders and physical delivery, ensuring every parcel moves efficiently from the shelf to the customer's door. This role focuses heavily on managing existing third-party logistics (3PL) partners while simultaneously spearheading the development of Etaily's internal warehousing capabilities.

• 3PL & Partner Management: Monitor daily SLAs and KPIs for all 3PL and fulfillment partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Escalation & Dispute Resolution: Act as the primary escalation point for partner disputes, inventory discrepancies, or service failures.
• Operational Auditing: Conduct regular audits of logistics invoices and partner performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• In-House Strategy: Lead the phased setup of Etaily's own warehouse facilities, including layout design, workflow mapping, and creating SOPs for receiving, picking, packing, and returns.
• Transition Management: Manage the balance between 3PL and in-house fulfillment to ensure zero downtime during operational transitions.
• Team Leadership: Build and lead a team of fulfillment and logistics specialists to monitor compliance at 3P sites and future internal hubs.
• Field Operations: Implement reporting tools and mobile checklists for field teams to track real-time operational health.
• Tech Integration: Support the implementation and optimization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Order Management Systems (OMS).
• Last-Mile Optimization: Collaborate with delivery partners to improve last-mile success rates and reduce "Return to Origin" (RTO) metrics.

You are a seasoned logistics professional with a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 5 years of experience in fulfillment operations, specifically within E-commerce or Retail. You possess a hands-on and solution-oriented leadership style, with a proven ability to manage "on-ground" teams such as riders, warehouse staff, or field auditors. You are highly analytical and comfortable navigating fulfillment systems like WMS, TMS, and ERPs to meet operational KPIs.

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience: 5+ years in logistics or fulfillment operations (E-commerce or Retail preferred).
• Technical Expertise: Direct experience managing 3PL relationships AND hands-on experience in warehouse floor management.
• System Knowledge: Familiarity with fulfillment systems (WMS, TMS, ERP) and operational KPIs.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with excellent communication.
• Certifications (Preferred): Project Management Certifications.
• Languages: Proficiency in English and Filipino is an advantage.

This role has a HYBRID work setup with a required warehouse presence.
