We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager - SSP in Norway.In this role, you will be responsible for the technical success of publisher partners using a leading Supply-Side Platform (SSP) for web and mobile apps. You will ensure smooth integrations, optimize revenue performance, and provide expert guidance on technical solutions. This position requires collaborating with internal teams and clients, troubleshooting complex issues, and contributing to the platforms ongoing improvement. You will work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment, where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will directly impact partner satisfaction and business outcomes. The role offers the opportunity to work remotely while being part of a dynamic, growth-oriented team.Accountabilities:
  • Lead the technical integration and onboarding of new web and mobile app partners onto the SSP
  • Provide technical consultancy to publishers, advising on implementation strategies to maximize performance
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for assigned partners, managing inquiries and escalations
  • Troubleshoot complex integration and technical issues, ensuring minimal impact on revenue
  • Maintain internal and external technical documentation and SOPs for integrations and troubleshooting
  • Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Product, and Engineering teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions
  • Analyze and optimize platform performance, driving measurable results for publishers
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in SSP, ad tech, or related technical account management roles
  • Strong experience in technical troubleshooting and complex integration projects
  • Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and performance analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
  • Ability to work autonomously in fast-moving, cross-functional environments
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a solutions-driven approach
  • Comfortable collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
