- Define the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
- Own business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in the region
- Lead new product launches in the United States and Canada
- Drive growth through execution of portfolio programs
- Define and execute pricing strategies in line with global strategic direction
- Collaborate with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on marketing campaigns
- Generate customer insights around experience, product performance, competitive positioning, and new opportunities
- Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
- Five years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience
- Expertise equivalent to a masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
- Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
- Experience in understanding customer needs and translating them into portfolio strategies
- Ability to use analytics to drive projects from analysis to implementation
