In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the market strategy for dental solutions across the United States and Canada. Your responsibilities will include leading product launches, driving growth through effective portfolio programs, and collaborating with global teams to implement impactful marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to generate customer insights that will help guide decision-making. Your contributions will directly impact the healthcare landscape, enhancing the performance of healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes.Accountabilities

• Define the regional portfolio strategy aligned with the global portfolio strategy
• Own business building & collaborative partnerships for relevant portfolios in the region
• Lead new product launches in the United States and Canada
• Drive growth through execution of portfolio programs
• Define and execute pricing strategies in line with global strategic direction
• Collaborate with Global teams and Regional Omnichannel and Country Marketing on marketing campaigns
• Generate customer insights around experience, product performance, competitive positioning, and new opportunities

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Five years of marketing, portfolio, or business management/development experience
• Expertise equivalent to a masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Strategy
• Effective cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project management skills
• Experience in understanding customer needs and translating them into portfolio strategies
• Ability to use analytics to drive projects from analysis to implementation
