Position Overview
We’re seeking motivated Exterior Consultants to meet with homeowners interested in roofing, siding, and gutter services. This is a high-energy role for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, providing expert guidance, and closing deals that make a real difference. Leads are pre-set appointments—no cold calling—so you can focus on what you do best: selling and earning.
We’re seeking motivated Exterior Consultants to meet with homeowners interested in roofing, siding, and gutter services. This is a high-energy role for individuals who enjoy connecting with people, providing expert guidance, and closing deals that make a real difference. Leads are pre-set appointments—no cold calling—so you can focus on what you do best: selling and earning.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct 1–3 pre-confirmed in-home appointments daily (appointments are scheduled at 10 AM, 1 PM, and 5 PM).
- Build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
- Present roofing and exterior solutions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Educate customers on products, warranties, and the value The Exterior Company delivers.
- Close sales by helping homeowners select the best solution for their needs and budget.

- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Prior in-home or construction-related sales experience is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right candidate.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
