Position Overview
Ohio Foot & Ankle Specialists is looking for a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) to support our expanding clinical research program throughout the Columbus region. This position involves coordinating clinical trials, working closely with patients and physicians, and traveling between multiple office locations.

• Hilliard
• Mansfield
• Mount Vernon
• Worthington
• Additional surrounding locations as needed

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct and coordinate clinical study visits per protocol requirements
• Accurately enter data into EDC systems (including Greenlight Guru)
• Review EMR systems to identify eligible study participants
• Perform patient recruitment through outreach and in-office screening
• Maintain study logs, regulatory documents, and compliance standards
• Oversee Investigational Product (IP) handling and documentation
• Transport study supplies and devices between sites
• Monitor inventory and order supplies through approved vendors

Travel Requirements
• Regular travel between multiple clinic locations
• Mileage reimbursement provided
• Monthly mileage reporting required

Schedule
• Based on study patient scheduling and site needs
• Non-clinic days dedicated to:
o Data entry and study documentation
o Patient recruitment and outreach

Qualifications
• Prior experience in clinical research or healthcare preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently
• Comfortable working across multiple locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
