This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support a high-performing client service team by coordinating client consultations, tracking projects, and ensuring seamless communication with advisors. You will manage multiple requests simultaneously, qualify experts, and maintain accurate status updates to ensure projects progress efficiently. The position is fully remote, working East Coast hours, and provides the chance to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where attention to detail and responsiveness are critical. You will contribute directly to client satisfaction and team productivity while gaining exposure to client service operations and project management processes. - Schedule and coordinate client telephone consultations, managing bulk bookings efficiently
- Track multiple client requests and follow up with advisors to confirm participation
- Maintain up-to-date records of consultation status and communicate progress to the team
- Qualify advisors through questionnaires to ensure suitability for consultations
- Assist Project Managers in organizing requests, tracking project milestones, and managing multiple work streams
- Support ad-hoc tasks and assist with special client service initiatives as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in a high call-volume or client-facing environment
- Work authorization to be employed in the United States
- Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently or collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and ability to develop systems for managing client requests
- Excellent time management, responsiveness, and sense of urgency
- Professional communication skills for coordinating with clients and advisors
- Base salary: $50,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus
