Centralized Scheduling Clerk at Kirby Medical Center – Monticello, Illinois

Location: Monticello, Il, Hybrid after training

Shift: Day shift

Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm M-F

Job Summary: Responsible for scheduling coordinating and accurately scheduling appointment. Gathering accurate patient information to schedule patients efficiently. Works closely with the Authorization, Billing, Imaging, Clinic, Surgery, and Therapy departments. Participates in performance improvement and CQI activities.

Regulatory Requirements:

High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

Previous customer service experience preferred.
