- High school diploma or GED required
- OSHA 10 certification required within 90 days of hire (provided by Mark-Taylor)
- Previous experience in general maintenance, renovation, or remodeling is preferred
- Multi-family renovation experience is required
In this role, you will
- Perform light electrical work, including installation and repair of fixtures, outlets, switches, and 220V appliances in compliance with safety standards
- Complete basic plumbing installations and repairs, including faucets, garbage disposals, supply lines, and minor leak resolution
- Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry, ensuring proper alignment, functionality, and overall finish quality
- Execute minor drywall repairs and paint touch-ups, including patching, sanding, and matching existing finishes
- Install and maintain door hardware such as locks, handles, and hinges, ensuring proper alignment and secure operation
- Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure all work is completed safely and meets standards prior to unit turnover
- Support multiple renovation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Proactively identify issues or scope gaps and communicate them to the Renovation Project Manager
- Coordinate with vendors and on-site teams to ensure efficient scheduling, access, and workflow
- Provide regular updates on project progress through email, Teams, or other communication channels
- Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Maintain tools, equipment, and materials in good working condition
