PRN LPN at Canton Christian Home, Inc – Canton, Ohio

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team. The PRN LPN will provide high‑quality nursing care to residents while supporting the interdisciplinary care team in a skilled nursing and/or assisted living setting.

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with state regulations and facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the RN or physician

• Accurately document care, treatments, and observations

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and resident care planning

• Supervise and support nursing assistants as assigned

• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents

• Follow infection control and safety procedures at all times

• Current and active LPN license in the state of employment

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living experience preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work flexible, as‑needed shifts
