Job Summary: A Point of Care POC Technologist manages, maintains and supports diagnostic testing devices used directly at patient bedside, ensuring regulatory compliance CAP, JCAHO, NYDOH quality control and staff competency,

Trains clinical staff, troubleshoot equipment, and manages reagent inventory,

Job Qualifications Education Training Certification Licensure

• Meets education and experience equivalent to the guidelines mandated by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), CLIA and the New Jersey State Department of health and Senior Services NJSDHSS laws,
• Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or related field,
• ASCP or NCA certification preferred,
