As an Engagement Manager, you will play a critical role in executing high-impact analytics engagements for life sciences clients. Working under the guidance of the VP, you will be responsible for managing the successful design, fulfillment, and execution of media impact measurement programs. You will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and directly with clients to ensure delivery of data-driven insights that influence strategic decisions. 

Core Responsibilities:
  • Own the day-to-day management and delivery of assigned analytics projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, timelines, and quality expectations.
  • Translate measurement strategies into actionable project plans and manage project scope, risks, and deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients on active engagements, ensuring transparent communication and delivering insights that demonstrate program value.
  • Prepare and present findings in collaboration with the VP and Sales teams, emphasizing data-driven storytelling and strategic recommendations.
  • Implement measurement frameworks and methodological best practices defined by the Commercial Analytics leadership team.
  • Support execution of patient- and HCP-level analyses using internal and third-party data sources.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Data Science, Product, Reporting, and Sales, to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Provide input to the VP on resource needs and assist in planning team capacity for current and future work.
  • Collaborate with the Reporting and Product teams to refine and evolve analytics solutions and dashboards.
  • Identify areas for automation and scalability in service delivery to support a SaaS-oriented analytics model.
  • Contribute to the ongoing refinement of KPIs and measurement tactics to align with evolving client objectives and market dynamics.
  • Share customer feedback and industry trends with leadership to inform development of new commercial analytics offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Public Health, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, client delivery, or consulting in the healthcare, pharma, or life sciences sector
  • Strong understanding of media impact measurement, especially in omnichannel, DTC, and HCP campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience interfacing with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Experience with data platforms, visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and healthcare claims or prescribing data is a plus
