This role sits at the center of executive talent strategy, focusing on identifying and engaging exceptional senior leaders across critical business functions. You will help shape and drive high-impact executive searches from the earliest stages, ensuring clarity on leadership needs and ideal candidate profiles. Working closely with executive recruiters and senior stakeholders, you will influence how top-of-funnel strategy is defined and executed. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and deeply research-driven, requiring strong judgment and curiosity. You will map global talent markets, uncover passive candidates, and build trusted relationships with senior executives. This is a high-visibility role where your insights directly impact leadership hiring decisions and organizational growth.
- Lead end-to-end research, market mapping, and top-of-funnel strategy across non-technical executive searches including Finance, Legal, Operations, People, Policy, Communications, and Go-To-Market functions.
- Build and maintain strong, diverse executive talent pipelines through proactive outreach, deep market research, and ongoing relationship development with senior leaders.
- Partner closely with executive recruiters and hiring stakeholders to refine role definitions, ideal candidate profiles, and overall search strategy.
- Conduct initial candidate engagement to assess interest, build credibility, and clearly communicate mission, scope, and opportunity.
- Provide strategic insights on talent markets, compensation trends, organizational design, and competitive landscapes.
- Maintain evergreen talent networks to support recurring and evolving leadership hiring needs.
- Synthesize market intelligence to continuously improve search direction, prioritization, and execution.
- Ensure discretion and confidentiality across sensitive leadership searches while maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 plus years of sourcing, executive search, or research experience, ideally in high-growth technology environments or executive search firms.
- Proven success in building strong pipelines for senior leadership roles through research-heavy, zero-to-one search strategies.
- Deep expertise in talent mapping, competitive intelligence, and proactive outbound sourcing techniques.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach and articulate search insights clearly.
- Strong ability to understand and translate complex leadership requirements across multiple business functions.
- Demonstrated success in building trust and credibility with senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- High level of judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential searches.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in fast-moving and ambiguous environments.
- Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnership skills.
- Nice to have: experience with VP, SVP, or C-suite recruiting, global talent markets, or internal executive recruiting teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation aligned with senior-level sourcing expertise.
- Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
- Flexible work arrangements with potential remote or hybrid options.
- Opportunities for professional growth in executive recruiting and talent strategy.
- Exposure to high-impact, business-critical leadership hiring initiatives.
- Access to learning and development resources in a cutting-edge AI-driven environment.
- Inclusive and collaborative workplace culture focused on innovation and excellence.
