This role is a high-impact national leadership position focused on driving enterprise SaaS growth through strategic sales execution, complex deal orchestration, and senior-level relationship building. You will be responsible for shaping and expanding revenue across key market segments while influencing go-to-market strategy in a dynamic, emerging sales environment. Acting as both a hunter and strategic partner, you will engage deeply with channel organizations and enterprise clients to position innovative payroll and HR technology solutions. The role requires navigating long, consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders across external partner ecosystems and internal product, marketing, and leadership teams. You will also play a key role in translating market feedback into actionable insights that refine product positioning and accelerate commercialization. This is a highly visible role where your ability to build trust, close complex deals, and scale pipeline will directly impact organizational growth.
You will lead end-to-end national channel and enterprise sales efforts, driving pipeline development, partner engagement, and revenue growth across targeted markets. You will build strong relationships within payroll service bureaus, resellers, and enterprise clients while managing complex deal cycles and cross-functional alignment.
- Develop and execute national sales strategies across channel and enterprise SaaS markets
- Source, qualify, and close high-value deals through reseller and partner ecosystems
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with strategic channel partners
- Orchestrate complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and internal teams
- Deliver market intelligence, competitive insights, and customer feedback to leadership and product teams
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner engagements
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and commercialization teams to refine offerings and positioning
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM discipline to support revenue predictability
You are an experienced SaaS sales leader with a strong background in enterprise and channel-driven revenue models, ideally within payroll, HR tech, fintech, or similar enterprise software ecosystems. You bring a consultative selling approach, strong executive presence, and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-moving environments.
- 7+ years of business development experience and 10+ years in SaaS or enterprise software sales
- Proven success in channel sales, reseller partnerships, or new market launches
- Strong experience selling into or through payroll, HR, or financial systems ecosystems
- Demonstrated ability to close large, complex, high-value enterprise deals
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills at executive level
- Strong analytical and business acumen with CRM and sales tools proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to operate in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
