Job OverviewCompany: Oregon Heating & Air Conditioning LLC
Salary/Pay Rate: $80,000 - $250,000
Location: Beaverton, OR (Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type: Full Time.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (Weekends and Overtime as needed).
Project Scope: Residential & Light Commercial Sales and System Design.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.
You will act as the face of the company, transforming technical HVAC needs into tailored comfort solutions for homeowners and business contacts. This role offers high-earning potential for a driven sales professional who excels at building trust, educating clients, and managing the end-to-end customer experience.
How You Will Make an ImpactExecute a comprehensive in-home sales process to provide customized heating and cooling solutions.
Conduct detailed quality evaluations and system layouts to ensure precise equipment sizing and code compliance.
Educate homeowners and business contacts on energy efficiency and modern HVAC technologies to guide informed purchasing decisions.
Generate high-quality leads and referrals by maintaining exceptional relationships through the final installation review.
Coordinate with the installation team by completing detailed job start forms and application materials on-site.
Maintain a professional brand image through meticulous personal presentation and vehicle standards.
Proven track record in ethical sales and thorough project documentation.
Strong understanding of local construction codes and residential & light commercial HVAC equipment sizing.
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to physically navigate residential & light commercial job sites, including entering attics and crawlspaces.
Valid driver's license and a reliable professional appearance.
5 years of experience within the HVAC industry or a related construction specialty trade.
2 years of successful in-home sales experience.
Demonstrated ability to manage a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends to meet client needs.
