Role Description:
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and dedicated PRN Group Facilitator to join our team. Reporting to the Clinical Director, you will play a critical role in facilitating therapeutic group sessions to support individuals with substance use disorders (and co-occurring mental health diagnoses) on their journey to sustained recovery and well-being. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, clinical expertise, and a commitment to fostering a safe, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aligned with the treatment program’s goals and evidence-based practices (as needed, Monday - Saturday).
- Create a structured, respectful, and inclusive environment that promotes active participation and behavioral change.
- Document client progress and group outcomes accurately and promptly in EMR systems.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure continuity and effectiveness of care.
- Address group dynamics constructively and manage conflicts appropriately.
- Stay informed about advancements in addiction treatment and contribute to program development.
Job Type:
- Part-time with potential for full-time in the future as the Company grows.
Pay:
- $40.00–$60.00 per hour
Experience:
- 1–2 years of substance abuse treatment or group facilitation (Required).
License/Certification:
- LCSW, LPC, LMFT in the state of VA or equivalent or supervisee in Social work and residents in counseling, MSW or CSAC (Required).
Work Location:
- In-person
Job Type: Part-time
The work of this role would take place in the evenings.
