This leadership role sits at the center of a fast-paced, high-volume sales organization focused on driving revenue growth across the North American market. You will lead and scale a team of high-velocity Account Executives responsible for transactional sales motions, ensuring consistent performance and strong pipeline execution. The role blends strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, including coaching, forecasting, and deal support. You will play a key part in shaping sales execution standards, improving forecast accuracy, and building a high-performance culture. Acting as both a people leader and operational driver, you will directly influence revenue outcomes and team effectiveness. This is a highly visible position working closely with senior sales leadership in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
- Lead and manage a North America High Velocity Account Executive team, ensuring consistent achievement of revenue targets and quota attainment across a high-volume sales motion.
- Own forecasting processes, including weekly and monthly submissions, pipeline hygiene, deal stage accuracy, and reporting to senior sales leadership.
- Provide hands-on coaching, mentoring, and performance management, including 1:1s, career development, and support on deal structuring and negotiation.
- Act as escalation point for complex deals, ensuring timely resolution, alignment of resources, and positive customer outcomes.
- Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new Account Executives to accelerate ramp and long-term performance.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM standards, and operational best practices to maintain data integrity and execution consistency.
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of progressive sales experience, including at least 5 years in a sales leadership or management role within a high-volume or transactional sales environment.
- Proven track record of leading teams that consistently exceed revenue targets, ideally in high-velocity or mid-market sales models.
- Strong experience in forecasting, pipeline management, and regional sales performance reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain high-performing sales talent.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
