Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Analista de Testes / QA Sênior (Operações) in Brazil.
This role is focused on ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of digital products in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. You will act as a key guardian of software quality, working across the full testing lifecycle to prevent defects rather than only identifying them. The position involves close collaboration with Product, UX, and Engineering teams, contributing to a strong culture of quality embedded from the early stages of development. You will work with both manual and automated testing strategies, covering functional, integration, API, and non-functional scenarios. In addition, you will leverage data and system insights to understand product behavior and improve operational performance. The environment is dynamic, collaborative, and highly focused on continuous improvement and delivery excellence. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive QA professional who enjoys working with autonomy and impact.
- Create, maintain, and evolve test plans and quality strategies across product development cycles.
- Design and execute manual and automated tests, including functional, integration, API, backend, and regression testing.
- Ensure quality is embedded early in the development process, focusing on prevention of defects rather than detection alone.
- Support defect management throughout development and beta testing phases.
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements, including usability, performance, and system behavior.
- Perform non-functional testing such as load, stress, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX designers, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and business requirements.
- Analyze system data, monitoring results, and service desk issues to support data-driven quality decisions.
- Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and quality assurance techniques.
- Experience with API and integration testing tools (e.g., Postman or equivalent).
- Basic to strong knowledge of programming languages, preferably JavaScript.
- Experience working with databases and data validation.
- Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.
- Experience with non-functional testing, including performance, load, and stress testing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset, with the ability to work independently in dynamic and fast-moving environments.
- Comfortable working in a results-oriented environment with multiple priorities.
- Strong willingness to learn continuously and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Flexible benefit (meal/food allowance) of R$45 per working day.
- Home office support allowance and flexible remote/hybrid work options.
- Transportation assistance or shuttle service for in-office days.
- Health and dental insurance coverage.
- Pharmacy assistance program.
- Childcare assistance benefit.
- Birthday day off.
- Gym and wellness partnerships for physical health support.
- Mental health support through therapy and meditation platforms.
- Life insurance coverage and financial protection benefits.
- Access to learning platforms, English courses, and exclusive educational discounts.
- Profit sharing (PPRL) and additional corporate benefits.
- Discounts and partnerships with major brands and service providers.
