Director of Consultant Relations (REMOTE)
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director, Consultant Relations - REMOTE. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the organization's strategic direction by cultivating and deepening relationships with key consulting firms. Your contributions will be pivotal in driving growth and enhancing client retention through engagement with consultants. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage complex partnerships effectively. As part of a values-driven team, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional leaders to shape consultant strategies and initiatives.
Accountabilities- Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape the consultant go-to-market strategy.
- Own and execute the consultant channel strategy through proactive outreach.
- Influence consultant evaluation frameworks with deep insights into firm methodologies.
- Drive consultant-led growth by setting and achieving ambitious goals.
- Support enterprise priorities through the launch of new products and features.
- Partner with relationship management leaders to support client retention.
- Gather market intelligence and provide insights to internal leadership.
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively across various audiences.
- Knowledge and experience with price benchmarking and RFI/RFP processes.
- Comfortable managing multiple stakeholder needs in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel annually 15-35%, increasing over time.
