Job Description
This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Director of MSO Operation in United States.
This is a high-impact operational leadership role responsible for driving provider enablement, performance execution, and scalable adoption of a clinical decision-support platform across a healthcare provider network. The role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and provider success, ensuring that strategic initiatives translate into measurable improvements in utilization and outcomes. You will build and run the operating system that governs onboarding, activation, engagement, and performance management across providers. The environment is fast-moving and highly ambiguous, requiring strong judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to create clarity where none exists. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across growth, analytics, product, and provider success to ensure seamless execution. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who thrives in complexity, drives accountability, and delivers outcomes at scale in mission-driven healthcare settings.
- Own end-to-end MSO operations supporting provider activation, onboarding, engagement, and ongoing utilization of clinical tools.
- Design and operate the “North Star” execution framework for provider growth and platform adoption, including metrics, reporting, and accountability systems.
- Diagnose operational breakdowns across provider workflows and drive resolution from root cause through execution and measurable results.
- Build scalable operating rhythms, dashboards, and performance tracking systems to ensure leadership visibility into key outcomes.
- Lead cross-functional execution across Product, Analytics, Growth, and Provider Success teams to ensure strategic initiatives are delivered effectively.
- Identify gaps in current processes and design new workflows, SOPs, and solutions to improve provider activation and engagement.
- Own high-priority, ambiguous initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition to execution and outcome delivery.
- Lead executive-level reporting and storytelling, including performance updates and strategic insights for leadership decision-making.
- Improve provider onboarding timelines and increase utilization rates across targeted provider segments.
- Strengthen attribution and performance tracking to better connect providers with measurable outcomes and engagement metrics.
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare operations, consulting, strategy, or high-growth operations environments.
- Proven experience building operational systems, workflows, and scalable processes from scratch.
- Strong ability to manage cross-functional initiatives without direct authority and drive alignment across teams.
- Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous challenges into clear execution plans.
- Experience working with operational metrics, reporting systems, and performance management frameworks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence executive stakeholders and translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience designing or improving end-to-end operational workflows, including onboarding, activation, or lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on operator mindset with experience personally building trackers, analyses, or process tools before scaling them.
- Background in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or managed service environments is strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to operate in fast-paced, high-ambiguity environments.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $160,000 to $190,000 USD annually.
- Equity opportunities and performance-based bonus program.
- Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company match.
- Flexible remote-first work environment with strong work-life balance support.
- Generous flexible time-off policy and wellness initiatives, including no-meeting days and mental health resources.
- Paid parental leave for all new parents.
- Professional development programs, mentorship, and learning support.
- Reimbursement for home office setup and monthly internet and phone stipend.
- Opportunity to work on mission-driven healthcare transformation at scale.
