Interlachen Country Club is seeking Event Set-Up Team Members. Our event team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our guests and members for private and public events. Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Assist with set up and take down of events.
• Accurately read an event order for the proper setup of the event.
• Follow diagrams to set the room with the correct furniture.
• Be respectful of our spaces by avoiding damage.
• Assist with audio/visual equipment, such as LCD projectors, TV, microphones, and screens.
• Collaborate with the Housekeeping team and any other team members contributing to the event.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

Ideal Qualifications and Attributes:

Education & Experience

High School Diploma or GED

Physical Requirements

• Ability to move and lift to 100 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period

Availability

This position is available for part-time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
