Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our team. This is a key sales role in a growing business, offering the opportunity to build new customer relationships, expand existing accounts, and contribute to creative product solutions. You will leverage your design and problem-solving skills to develop tailored solutions that meet customer needs, while collaborating with both internal and external teams to ensure successful execution. This position reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for key national accounts, ensuring strong relationships and consistent service.
• Prospect and develop new business relationships.
• Drive profitable account growth through upselling and cross-selling.
• Present capabilities and collaborate internally to deliver innovative, value-engineered display solutions.
• Partner with leadership, estimating, and project management teams to support pricing, execution, and strategic planning.
• Monitor account performance and communicate key opportunities and risks to leadership.
• Development of Key Account strategies that will be executable for success.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven success selling custom solutions, ideally within point-of-purchase displays or marketing collateral.
• Demonstrated ability to build and grow a book of business using a solution-oriented sales approach.
• Strong customer-facing communication skills with the ability to develop creative, value-engineered solutions.
• Effective project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for daily business operations, reporting, and presentations.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot to manage pipelines, track customer interactions, and support account growth.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit. The employee must occasionally lift or move office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.
