In this senior leadership role, you will define and execute enterprise-wide sourcing and category management strategies with a strong emphasis on Food & Beverage as a key driver of margin, guest experience, and operational excellence. You will operate at the intersection of procurement, finance, operations, and culinary teams, shaping how large-scale venue ecosystems source, negotiate, and optimize supplier relationships. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution across complex, high-volume supply chains and multi-category spend portfolios. You will lead the transformation of procurement into a value-generating function, driving cost efficiency, revenue enablement, and supplier innovation. Working in a fast-paced, decentralized environment, you will influence executive decision-making and ensure alignment between sourcing strategy and broader enterprise objectives. This is a high-impact position where commercial acumen, leadership, and category expertise directly shape business performance and guest experience.
- Lead the design and execution of a global strategic sourcing strategy with a primary focus on Food & Beverage and supporting indirect categories, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals, ESG priorities, and operational requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing category management organization covering F&B (protein, beverage, distribution, concessions) and indirect spend areas such as facilities, technology, and professional services.
- Partner with executive leadership, Finance, Culinary, and Operations teams to align sourcing strategies with margin targets, menu economics, guest experience, and enterprise value creation.
- Drive RFPs, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management processes in collaboration with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Develop and implement category strategies that deliver cost savings, improve supplier performance, mitigate risk, and enable innovation at scale.
- Oversee supplier performance management, ensuring accountability across cost, quality, service, compliance, and sustainability commitments.
- Leverage procurement platforms and analytics tools to improve visibility, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across sourcing activities.
- Ensure governance, compliance, and standardization of sourcing policies, templates, and processes across the organization.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Food & Beverage sourcing within hospitality, retail, or multi-site operational environments.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, complex supply chains and high-value spend portfolios.
- Deep knowledge of commodity markets, distributor models, and menu economics (yield, waste, margin drivers).
- Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and commercial deal-making capabilities.
- Experience with procurement platforms (e.g., Coupa) and data-driven sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated leadership in building and scaling high-performing procurement or category management teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and executive influence skills.
- Familiarity with ESG, supplier diversity, and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Competitive annual salary range of $200,000 – $260,000 plus bonus eligibility.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
- 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions.
- Paid time off including vacation, sick days, and 11 paid holidays.
- Exposure to large-scale, high-impact sourcing and category transformation initiatives.
- Opportunity to shape enterprise procurement strategy in a fast-growing, global organization.
- Collaborative, leadership-driven environment focused on innovation and operational excellence.
