Duties & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the quality management activities of 50+ Medical Group practices
• Lead quality projects and initiatives.
• Train and educate staff on quality and safety, including leading virtual and in-person training sessions, preparing and disseminating a monthly quality newsletter.

Qualifications:

• SC licensed RN and a minimum of two years of ambulatory and/or quality healthcare experience.
• Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain relationships at various professional levels; strong communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously; self-start with minimal supervision; maintain confidentiality of work-related information.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

• BSN or MSN preferred.
