Lifesteps is hiring a Full-Time Entry Level Maintenance / Groundskeeper Attendant in the Butler area.

Position Summary:

Responsible for providing building maintenance, custodial and grounds keeping services to ensure buildings and grounds are clean and in working condition.

This full-time position works Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00pm with weekends off!

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated knowledge and prior experience with preventive building and equipment maintenance, basic plumbing, electricity principles, basic welding, refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and/or boiler systems repair
• Ability to read and write
• Must possess a valid driver's license which legally permits operating a motor vehicle in Pennsylvania

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Building Maintenance Certification
