About the Role:

The Liquid Mixer plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately blending various liquid components to create high-quality products that meet strict industry standards. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure precise measurements and consistent mixing procedures, which directly impact product efficacy and safety. The Liquid Mixer will operate and maintain mixing equipment, monitor batch processes, and adjust parameters as necessary to optimize production efficiency. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Ultimately, the role ensures that all liquid mixtures are prepared according to formulation specifications, supporting the overall manufacturing goals and customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with liquid mixing or chemical handling.
  • Basic understanding of measurement tools and mixing equipment operation.
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety procedures.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment such as food, pharmaceutical, or chemical production.
  • Familiarity with batch record documentation and quality control standards.
  • Basic mechanical skills for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor liquid mixing equipment to blend raw materials according to specified formulations.
  • Measure and weigh liquid ingredients accurately to ensure consistency and quality of the final product.
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of mixing equipment and work areas to comply with safety and quality standards.
  • Record batch production data and report any deviations or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.
  • Collaborate with quality assurance and production teams to resolve process issues and improve mixing procedures.
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on mixing machinery to minimize downtime.
  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines related to chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
