Hendersonville, NC | 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM | 12-Hour 2-2-3 Schedule

Looking for steady daytime hours and a hands-on role in manufacturing? We're hiring a Machine Operator to join the Aseptic production team. This is a chance to work with high-tech equipment, keep operations running smoothly, and play a key role in producing top-quality products.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and monitor downstream equipment (packer, labeler, palletizer)
• Perform machine setups, changeovers, and verify correct programs/materials
• Troubleshoot and adjust equipment to minimize downtime
• Complete quality checks, collect samples, and inspect finished goods
• Record data, downtime, and faults in the Sherlock system
• Follow GMP, safety rules, and proper startup/shutdown procedures
• Assist with mold changeovers and sanitation/housekeeping tasks

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of machine operator experience (food/beverage preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort with machine adjustments
• Computer skills to enter production data accurately
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great at time management
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, stand/walk long shifts, and work in varying temps
