As a key member of the Gogo’s Accounting team, the Billing Analyst is responsible for Services Receivables including review of customer agreements, account setup in billing system, monthly services billings, customer correspondence and reconciliation of services AR balances.

How will you make a difference?
- Responsible for customer billing setup and account maintenance based on customer agreements and service fees
- Audit monthly billing cycles within billing systems
- Process credit memos/adjustments in billing system
- Respond to customer services billing inquiries via email, phone
- Help with annual Financial and SOX audits
- Maintain files on customer accounts
- Setup and process credit card payments
- Generate ad hoc invoices and proforma invoices
- Work with other teams to resolve billing issues
- Upload of invoices to 3rd Party each month
- Update POs for Continued Services
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years’ experience working in an accounting or billing department preferred but open to recent graduates
Required Skills, Talents, & Experience
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
- Familiarity with other Office products (Outlook, Visio, Power Point, Word)
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical ability
- Ability to meet all required billing and month-end close deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to convey complex billing information clearly, concisely and professionally
Preferred Skills, Talents, & Experience
- Telecommunications industry experience is preferred
- Government billing experience a plus
- Solid work ethic, exceptional interpersonal skills, and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and accuracy skills
- Proactive, self-directed and ability to work well under pressure
- Capability to set priorities and successfully multi-task
- Ability to learn new systems quickly

Base Pay:
64,000.00 - 80,000.00 USD AnnualTarget Annual Short-Term Incentive:
