LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE LPN

This is a full-time DAY/PM shift combination. This unique schedule allows you to work fewer days each week, creating built-in extra days off and promoting a positive work-life balance.

At Care and Rehab – Boscobel, we pride ourselves on having happy residents, families AND staff. The Nurse is a vital role on our health care team. The right candidate will have the following skills:

Displays competency in the RN role;
Has excellent communication skills, written and verbal, for interacting with residents, families, physicians and staff. Also for documentation.
Must be reliable, engaged and efficient.
Completes med pass and treatments.
Supervises C.N.A. staff.
Updates physicians and families.
Reports to the DON, must attend staff meetings and follow/respect all policies.
Provide a safe, comfortable home environment to all residents.
Provide direct patient care through medication and treatment administration.
Observe and manage acute changes in condition.
