About This Position
As a Healthcare Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and selecting qualified healthcare professionals for our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a steady pipeline of skilled candidates to meet the staffing needs of various healthcare departments. This role requires a proactive and strategic approach to recruitment, along with a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:Collaborate with the HR Director and hiring managers to identify staffing requirements and develop comprehensive recruitment strategies.Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and schedule interviews with potential candidates.Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate profiles and hiring processes efficiently.Candidate Assessment:Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.Administer skills tests and other relevant assessments to evaluate candidates' technical abilities.Check candidate references and verify credentials to ensure the accuracy of qualifications.Employer Branding:Promote our organization as an employer of choice within the healthcare industry.Develop and maintain positive relationships with universities, professional associations, and other healthcare talent sources.Organize and attend recruitment events, job fairs, and networking opportunities to expand our candidate pool.Onboarding and Orientation:Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new hires.Ensure that new employees receive necessary training and orientation to integrate them into the organization effectively.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare industry regulations and employment laws during the recruitment process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions.Prepare and present regular recruitment metrics and reports to HR management.Benefits and Compensation:Provide candidates with comprehensive information about our organization's benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other perks.Collaborate with HR and management to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and attractive to candidates.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the healthcare industry.Strong knowledge of healthcare professions, qualifications, and industry trends.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software. ADP Workforce Now preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers.Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills.Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and employment laws related to recruitment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Benefits Options:
