About the Role:
As a GTM AI Analyst within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of Crowdstrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role is specifically within the Core Tech, Go To Market IT Apps Team, which consists of Architects, Dev Engineers, QA Engineers, BSAs, Product Owners working towards delivering highly Reliable, Scalable, Secure Infrastructure and Automation Services, ensuring Seamless Releases and Operations across GTM Applications to Accelerate Business Velocity and Operational Excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Agentic AI transformation initiatives. This role is ideal for a candidate interested in the intersection of business systems, IT strategy, and emerging AI technologies.
What You’ll Do:
The Intern will work closely with GTM IT stakeholders and cross-functional business partners to:
Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for new Agentic AI capabilities within GTM systems (e.g., Sales, Marketing, and Service platforms).
Process Mapping: Map current GTM business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation through Agentic AI.
System Analysis: Analyze existing GTM IT systems to assess integration points and data readiness for AI transformation projects.
Documentation: Create high-quality documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and training materials.
Testing Support: Assist in developing test plans and conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate meetings and communicate project updates, risks, and findings to team members and stakeholders across GTM
What You’ll Need:
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to translate complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using standard office productivity tools.
Familiarity with the concepts of Agentic AI, Gen AI or Machine Learning.
Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Prior coursework or experience in Business Process Management, Systems Analysis, or Project Management.
Knowledge of core Go-to-Market business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash, Customer Service).
