ORDER EXPEDITOR MON-FRI 7AM-3:45PM at RADIANS INC – MEMPHIS, Tennessee

Position Summary: The Order Expeditor is responsible for ensuring daily functions performed on the warehouse floor are timely and adhere to ISO instructions while ensuring that all orders are processed within the set timeframe and any issue or exception orders are researched and resolved the same day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure all orders are completed on a timely basis by using tailored reports.
• Correct and verify all labels between multiple systems
• Coordinate daily with warehouse supervisor to be aware of current day priorities
• Allocate back-ordered products effectively and efficiently by using P21 and Latitude.
• By using customized tailored reports ensure all orders due to ship same day are in process on picking floor prior to end of shift
• Communicate routing for major vendors and providers
• Maintain adequate stock for shipping cartons, labels, void filling material
• Receive and respond timely to all internal customer inquiries regarding outbound shipments, reroutes, and other carrier related issues.
• Using the Sales Order Dashboard verify open orders due to ship were completed
• Ensure all open orders are completed entirely and there are no unpicked items preventing orders going out in full.
• Function as the back up to the Shipping Lead and be able to step in when/where needed.
• Learn and adhere to Customer Specific SOPs/Routing Guide requirements and verify processes are being followed.
• Locate and close out daily will call orders, run end of month will call report, and communicate to sales team when orders are ready to pick up
• Knowledge of inventory movements for put backs, cancellations, and picking when priority orders are critical.
• Communicate to customer service when there are inventory discrepancies and update orders quantities when necessary.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE & OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and demonstrate competency in creating Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s
• High School Diploma required
• 2+ years in a distribution environment, experience with production a plus
• Proficient in multiple systems and order management
