You will step into a pivotal "stepping stone" role designed for an ambitious technician ready to transition into field leadership. This position offers the perfect balance of hands-on installation work and the responsibility of coordinating residential projects under a supportive owner.

• Execute residential HVAC installations while beginning to oversee site-specific task delegation.

• Maintain a high standard of dependability and punctuality to ensure projects start on time daily.

• Assist in the technical setup and calibration of heating and cooling systems to ensure peak performance.

• Provide clear updates to the senior team regarding project progress and any mechanical obstacles.

• Ensure all tools and materials are organized and accounted for to maintain site efficiency.

• Deliver professional service to homeowners, representing the companys commitment to quality and care.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HVAC installation or a related mechanical field.

• Active EPA Certification for the safe and legal handling of refrigerants.

• Valid Drivers License required for the operation of company equipment and vehicles.

• Proven track record of being hardworking, reliable, and consistently on time.

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior HVAC service and maintenance experience.

• Ability to troubleshoot basic electrical and mechanical components of residential units.

• Interest in long-term career growth and obtaining further industry certifications.
