- Manage a portfolio of governance and control activities for high-risk business areas.
- Implement policies and processes to meet governance and control guidelines.
- Acts as a technical lead on key control initiatives.
- Collaborate across teams to develop and implement risk strategies.
- Conduct end-to-end reviews of processes and controls.
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects with significant resource requirements.
- Provide direction on complex enterprise projects as a Subject Matter Expert.
- Undergraduate degree preferred.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in governance and control.
- Advanced knowledge of risk and control functions.
- Proven experience leading complex projects and initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build productive relationships.
- Skilled in using analytical software tools and data analysis methods.
