Overview

Lutron is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager – Global Process Owner out of Center Valley, PA. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end warehousing and transportation processes to drive efficiency, standardization, and compliance across inbound, internal movement, and outbound operations. Through these efforts, your impact will be to elevate the customer experience.

You will partner closely with the global warehouse management, logistics, and continues improvement leaders to identify and prioritize opportunities that enhance delivery performance, reduce cost, and strengthen customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will provide strategic direction and governance of SAP EWM, TMS, ShipERP, Trading modules, Auto Pick Cart and other digital supply chain tools – ensuring seamless integration, strong adoption, and ongoing optimization across Lutron’s global network.



Responsibilities

  • Define and Govern Delivery & Logistics Processes – Establish and continuously improve standardized global delivery and logistics processes aligned with corporate strategy, integrated with SAP S/4HANA for real-time visibility and control.
  • Strategic Oversight of SAP EWM, TMS, and ShipERP Implementation – Provide governance and strategic direction for SAP EWM, TMS, and ShipERP deployment, ensuring alignment with business needs, effective design, adoption, and continuous optimization through metrics and change management.
  • Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring – Drive logistics and warehouse process improvements by partnering with global teams, monitoring KPIs (OTIF, cost, productivity, accuracy), and leveraging automation, analytics, and data quality initiatives.
  • Standardization & Transformation – Lead global standardization of delivery and logistics processes, eliminate legacy practices, align with SAP functionalities, and define a multi-year transformation roadmap for scalability and operational excellence.
  • Change Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement – Champion adoption of new tools and processes, collaborate across global and site-level teams, and ensure training and knowledge-sharing programs that support continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships – Work with Global Process Owners, SAP COE, and regional teams to ensure end-to-end supply chain integration, process consistency, and optimized inbound/outbound flows in coordination with procurement, planning, and customer service.
  • Compliance & Documentation – Ensure compliance with trade regulations and safety standards, maintain auditable documentation and SOPs, and partner with finance and audit teams for accurate cost reporting and controls.
  • Expertise & Thought Leadership – Act as a global authority on logistics and delivery processes, stay ahead of industry trends in automation and transportation management, and align strategies with business growth, customer experience, and sustainability goals.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, transportation, or supply chain management. including 5+ years leading global or enterprise-level process design and transformation initiatives in this area.
  • Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP EWM, TMS, ShipERP, or comparable ERP and digital logistics systems is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record in process standardization, system implementation, and operational excellence within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Deep understanding of inbound logistics, internal material flow, and outbound delivery processes.
  • Proven knowledge of trade compliance, transportation cost management, and warehouse optimization.
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization.
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 25% of the time
