Marketing and Proposal Intern at Sterling Construction Company, Inc. – Draper, Utah

Ralph L Wadsworth is looking for a Marketing and Proposal Intern to join their team in Draper, UT

This position will work closely with the Marketing Specialist and the Business Proposal Manager to support marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, and promote RLW’s services, using both digital and traditional marketing. Additionally, this position will provide workload support for proposals and prequalification packages.

Proposal and Marketing Support

1. Support a wide range of Proposal and Marketing Initiatives

Schedule

1. Ability to work in the Draper, Utah office 15-20 hours per week during fall and/or spring semesters and full-time (40+ hours per week) during summer break.

Education, Qualifications, and Experience:

1. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
2. Creative mindset with attention to detail.
3. Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Graphic Design, Journalism, or a related field.
4. Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
5. Prior experience in photography, videography, and capturing content is highly preferred
6. Solid Experience with Graphic Design platforms (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and MS Office Suite®.
